• Drag-and-drop menu editor
• Customizable templates and themes
• QR code generation for menu access
• Analytics and customer feedback tools
• Dashboard for menu management
• Designer marketplace (where applicable)

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You may register using:

• Email and password
• Google OAuth (Sign in with Google)

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others
• Not create multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use PixPlat for lawful business purposes to create and manage digital menus for your restaurant or food service business.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, breach security, or reverse engineer the platform
• Distribute malware or viruses
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are listed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

PixPlat owns all rights to the platform, templates, software, logos, and design. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (menus, images, text). By using PixPlat, you grant us a limited license to:

• Host and display your menus
• Process and optimize your images
• Generate QR codes for your menus
• Provide analytics on menu performance

You warrant that you own or have rights to all content you upload and that it doesn't infringe third-party rights.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance (scheduled or emergency)
• Update features and functionality
• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Temporarily suspend service for technical issues

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse or misuse the platform
• Create security risks

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request data export before account deletion.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service "As Is"

PixPlat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixPlat shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PixPlat harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
